- For Singapore, please register within 7 days of purchase or your warranty will be null and void.
- For all other territories, please register within 30 days of purchase for your warranty to be valid.
The following warranty form is only for Mimosa Strollers purchased at any of our authorised dealers. The Mimosa product you have purchased is warrant free from defects for 1 year.
Any Mimosa product which proves to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge except for parts subject to wear and tear.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Any damage to the product due to accident, negligence, mishandling or wear and tear.
- The warranty becomes null and void if any alteration is made to the Mimosa product; if it is used in a manner not prescribed in the user manual; or if it is tampered with in any manner whatsoever. For details, please read your user manual.
- Mimosa shall not in any event be liable for any loss and/or damage (consequential or otherwise) to the customer for any defects in the Mimosa product. Neither shall Mimosa be liable for any delay in the performance of the warranty.
- This warranty is only valid for products purchased through Mimosa’s authorised dealers.
- Your personal information will be kept in compliance with your local privacy data policies and laws.
- You will receive an email confirmation stating the country of your registration, if you have entered accurate and valid information, the warranty will be effective immediately from the date of purchase.
